Our main strategy was assigning a group member who was skilled in photography to use a good-quality phone to capture high-quality photos of the surroundings, animals, attractions, and the overall environment of the place. We made sure to visit every area and facility to fully experience what the location had to offer. In addition, we checked the opening hours and available activities beforehand, especially because visits during weekends and school holidays can be crowded. We also prepared suitable clothing for outdoor and farm activities, such as comfortable shoes, light clothing, and rain protection. To manage expenses, we set a clear budget covering entrance fees, food, activities, and accommodation, and we looked for family, student, or group package deals as a more affordable option.
